Meet Jeremy Levart

Jeremy
Levart
Jeremy Levart is the Co-Founder and Principal of Oak Funding. At Oak, Jeremy is responsible for sourcing and executing on all aspects of the business. Jeremy is responsible for the day-to-day operations and underwriting of loans.
Previously, he was a Senior Associate at a NYC based bridge lender. Jeremy was responsible for debt structuring, loan origination, credit analysis, servicing, investor relations and marketing. While there, Jeremy was involved in the origination and underwriting of over a billion dollars of debt transactions.

Meet Mark Meisner

Meisner
Mark Meisner is the Co-Founder and Principal of Oak Funding. At Oak, Mark is responsible for all aspects of the business, including debt issuance, balance sheet management, banking, and client relations.
Additionally, Mark is the President and Founder of The Birch Group, a privately held commercial real estate investor, owner, and operator with a singular ability to uncover opportunities and create enduring value for partners, tenants and investors. A creative dealmaker who takes the long view and employs a methodical approach to real estate investment, Mark has led the expansion of The Birch Group’s portfolio of properties to include more than 6.5 million square feet of value-add office assets in strategic markets that demonstrate sound fundamentals and growth potential. Over the past two years alone, The Birch Group has acquired nearly $2 billion in suburban office and multi-family properties.



Tuli Green
Controller
Tuli Green is the Controller at Oak Funding, a leading real estate lender, where he directs financial operations and handles accounting processes for the company’s diverse loan portfolio. With a unique background that combines real estate experience and financial expertise, Tuli brings a valuable perspective to his role as Controller.
Tuli started his career as a real estate agent before pursuing his education in accounting at Touro College, where he graduated cum laude. He then went on to work as a Controller at Bushburg for three years before joining Oak Funding.
In his role at Oak Funding, Tuli is responsible for the management of financial reporting and analysis, focusing particularly on the company’s outstanding loans and obligations to investors. He plays a crucial role in overseeing cash flow management and ensuring Oak’s robust financial operations. Collaborating closely with the executive team, Tuli delivers vital financial insights and analyses that are essential for strategic decision-making regarding loan portfolio management and investor relations. His involvement is key in upholding the financial integrity and success of Oak Funding, ensuring the timely servicing of loans and meeting investor expectations.
Tuli’s unique background and expertise allow him to provide a valuable perspective on the intersection of real estate and finance, and he is dedicated to leveraging his skills and experience to drive value for Oak’s partners, clients, and stakeholders.


Drew Rosenberg
Analyst
Drew Rosenberg is an Analyst at Oak Funding, where he supports the firm’s strategic growth by working closely with executives on loan portfolio expansion, underwriting, due diligence, deal execution, and asset management.
Before joining Oak Funding, Drew was an Associate on the acquisitions team at The Birch Group, where he played a key role in expanding the firm’s portfolio to over 6.5 million square feet. He was actively involved in the acquisition process and asset management. Prior to that, he worked as an Associate at Bijou Properties, a Hoboken-based development and management firm specializing in sustainable living. Over the course of his career, Drew has contributed to acquisitions totaling over $1B.
Drew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business Institutions from Northwestern University, a Master’s in Management Studies from the Kellogg School of Management, and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU.
